FAQ

They’re related but issued under different circumstances. We translate either document; just make sure you send us the correct one for the office requesting it.

Typically not, since it’s already an English-language document issued domestically. Translation usually comes into play when the certificate needs to be understood by a foreign government or agency.

Certificates generally include your full name, a photo description, certificate number, place of naturalization, and the issuing court or office, all of which are translated in full.

Yes, we translate certificates regardless of their issue date, including older formats that predate current certificate designs.

We reproduce the certificate number exactly as it appears on the original, since that number is often used to verify the document against official records.

Many immigration, court, school, licensing, and government matters require a certified translation. Confirm the exact requirement with the organization receiving your document.

Usually, a clear scan or high-quality photo is enough to begin. The receiving organization may have separate rules about submitting the original or a certified copy.

Rush service may be available depending on language, length, complexity, legibility, and translator availability. Send the document for a confirmed timeline.

A notarized translator certification may be arranged when requested. Not every organization requires notarization, so verify that requirement before ordering.

Pricing depends on the language pair, page count, word count, complexity, document quality, formatting, certification, and turnaround requested. Upload the document for an exact quote.
