How it works

Four steps to an apostille

1. Get a quote

Send a photo of your document and the destination country.

2. Notarize & certify

We notarize if needed, then get the county clerk certification.

3. NY Department of State

We bring it to the Department of State for the apostille.

4. Pickup or shipping

Collect it in person, or we ship by courier anywhere in the world.

Have these ready:

The New York rule: notarized documents and locally issued vital records need a county clerk certification before the Department of State issues the apostille. NYC birth and death certificates also need a Letter of Exemplification. FBI background checks go to the U.S. Department of State. NY Department of State guidance.
