The basics

What is estate planning?

Estate planning is preparing, legally, how your assets, responsibilities, and medical decisions are handled if you pass away or can’t make decisions yourself. It makes sure your wishes are honored and gives your loved ones peace of mind.

Steven Mobile Notary notarizes estate planning documents across New York — whether you’re working with an attorney or planning on your own — so they’re properly executed with care and accuracy.
