We assist with apostilles for documents issued in the United States that will be used internationally. Whether your documents are being sent to a Hague Convention or Non-Hague Convention country, we help coordinate the appropriate authentication process based on your needs.

By submitting this form and/or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

Steven Mobile Notary provides the following services:

Apostille and authentication facilitation

Mobile notary services

Courier and document delivery services

We do not prepare, draft, edit, or provide legal advice regarding the content of any document.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are properly completed before submission.

2. Order Submission & Form Completion

All service requests must be submitted with complete and accurate information.

Orders will not begin until:

The form is fully completed

Required documents are received

Service details are reviewed and confirmed

Any required deposit is paid

If information is missing or unclear, processing will be paused until resolved.

3. Business Hours & Order Confirmation

Orders are reviewed and confirmed during normal business hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST)

No payment will be charged until your order has been reviewed and confirmed with you directly, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Confirming whether documents are intended for use in a Hague Convention or Non-Hague Convention country

Reviewing the Hague Convention country list provided (for reference only)

Providing accurate shipping and return information

Steven Mobile Notary is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect country classification or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

5. Payments, Deposits & Refunds
Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted payment methods include:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Debit cards

Digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Bank transfers (approved corporate accounts only)

Cash (exact amount required)

Deposit & Courier Fee Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin apostille processing.
This deposit covers courier services, administrative handling, and initial processing costs.

Once courier services have been scheduled, initiated, or completed, the deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of outcome or processing timeline.

Partial vs. Full Payment

Partial payment or a deposit does not constitute payment in full.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of apostille processing and prior to document release.

Release of Documents

Documents will not be:

Mailed

Returned via courier

Released in person

until full payment has been received.

If payment is not received promptly after completion, documents will be securely held until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Refund Policy

All apostille, mobile notary, and courier services are non-refundable, except in cases where a verified notarial error on our part directly causes a delay.

Any potential refund will be reviewed and discussed during a phone consultation.

6. Service Timelines

Same-day service means processing begins the same business day only if the order is submitted, confirmed, and approved before 10:00 AM EST.

Orders confirmed after 10:00 AM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Same-day processing does not guarantee same-day completion.

Walk-ins or in-person drop-offs (if accepted) are by appointment only and follow the same timelines.

Delays caused by third-party agencies (County Clerks, Departments of State, shipping carriers, or foreign consulates) are outside our control.

7. Rush Services

Rush service is available by request and subject to availability.

To qualify:

Order must be confirmed before 10:00 AM EST

Documents must be complete and accurate

Payment (including rush fees) must be approved

Rush fees start at $100 and will be disclosed prior to charging.

Rush service expedites internal handling only, not external agency processing.

8. Additional Charges Authorization

By submitting this form, you authorize Steven Mobile Notary to charge for additional services requested, including:

Shipping labels

Rush handling

Additional courier or coordination services

You will be contacted by phone (recorded) or email before any additional charges are applied.
No charges will be made without your prior consent.

9. Shipping & Unforeseen Charges

The only potential unforeseen charges relate to shipping costs.
Any such charges will be explained and approved before billing.

Steven Mobile Notary is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery failures once documents are transferred to the shipping provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

Steven Mobile Notary is not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party agencies

Carrier-related shipping issues

Missed delivery windows outside our control

Client-provided errors or omissions

11. Document Storage & Abandonment

If documents remain unclaimed due to non-payment for 30 days after service completion, Steven Mobile Notary reserves the right to assess storage fees or return documents at the client’s expense.

12. Final Acknowledgment

By submitting this form and proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and
