Do You Offer Notarization?
Yes, we offer notarization as an optional service for all certified translations, available for a flat per-order fee. Each Certificate of Translation Accuracy in your order will be notarized by a Remote Online Notary Public. The notarization includes the signature of a representative from our translation division, along with the notary’s commission number and commission expiration date.
This notarization is valid in all 50 U.S. states.
We process notarizations in batches twice daily, Monday through Friday. Once your translation is approved, it will be added to the next available notarization cycle.

Can You Provide Apostille Services for My Notarized Translation?
Yes, we do offer Apostille Services for notarized translations. However, obtaining an Apostille is often a more complex process and may vary depending on the destination country, type of document, and issuing state.
If you select Apostille Services during your order, we will pause the process and contact you before charging your card. Apostilles are not always processed the same day, and requirements can differ by jurisdiction.
Once we review your request, we’ll provide a custom quote and outline the next steps to proceed efficiently and accurately with your order.
