Steven Mobile Notary will not charge your credit card until we have spoken with you and confirmed your order during our business hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST).

Your order will only be processed once all details are reviewed and mutually agreed upon.

Additional costs may apply based on the specifics provided in your form. These will be fully explained before any charges are made.

Non-Refundable Services
All Apostille services are non-refundable, unless a verified notarial error on our part causes a delay.

Any potential refund due to such an error will be discussed and determined during a phone consultation.

Order Review and Charges
Orders may be placed for future processing dates, but no payment will be charged until your order is reviewed and approved.

Your card will only be charged after all service details have been confirmed with you directly.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for verifying whether their documents are going to a Hague or Non-Hague country.

Steven Mobile Notary is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect country classification.

We are also not liable for incorrect shipping addresses if they match what you submitted in your shipping label request or written instructions.

Service Timelines
"Same-day service" means we begin processing your order the same business day if submitted and confirmed before 10:00 AM EST.
If submitted after 10:00 AM EST, your order will begin processing the next business day.

Same-day processing does not mean same-day completion.

Rush service is available by request and subject to availability.
