Orders confirmed after 10:00 AM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Walk-ins or in-person drop-offs (if accepted) are by appointment only and follow the same timelines.

Delays caused by third-party agencies (County Clerks, Departments of State, shipping carriers, or foreign consulates) are outside our control.
